Going to the repair shop is like going to the dentist, nobody likes having to do it. But the team and John are all so nice and make it a good experience. They walk you through the repairs and why, and make you confident in hitting the road again. 10/10 will continue to be a Caliber customer as long as people keep crashing into me. Glad they are preferred by Progressive.
