Although the repair took a while (21 days -which was expected due to parts availability and shipping times), I am satisfied with the repairs done to my vehicle. I received timely and regular communication via phone and text. I would work with Caliber again.

The repair itself was great, it looks amazing. Only issue I had was when I made it 2 minutes down the road, the wheelhouse liner on the front drivers side fell off and was dragging on the ground. I was able to bring it right back in and they got it fixed very quickly! They did a great job overall, only complaint was having to go back for some forgotten connections.

I loved that I could get my car in right away and that the car was repaired quickly. Constant communication through text messages on the status of repairs were nice. I was able to leave my rental car there for return which was a nice surprise that made everything feel smooth and easy. Very happy with the staff and service.
