My Ford F-150 pickup was stolen, crashed and abandoned recently. A very unpleasant experience. Caliber Collision was recommended by a friend. They did an amazing job returning my truck to "as good as new" condition. The team at Caliber communicated with me every step of the way. I am absolutely pleased with the process, and the result. For the record, I am 60 years old. In my lifetime, I have never had a very great experience with body and paint shops. This experience last month, has really moved the needle. My vehicle was stolen from in front of my home just about a month ago. The vehicle was involved in some sort of collision (accident), and abandon in seattle. The entire experience of recovery and law enforcement response was very frustrating to navigate. My State Farm agent, Rachel Alexander, provided me a list of competent shops in the area that they work with on an ongoing basis. I chose caliber collision. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The communication was off the charts. I worked with John at the Edmonds location. He was absolutely fantastic. The repairs were performed and I had my vehicle back in just about 2 weeks to the day. It looks fantastic. I absolutely could not be happier with the quality of work, the time frame in which it was completed, and the lifetime warranty on the work. I would highly recommend caliber Collision to anyone in need of such services without hesitation.
