Caliber Collision was wonderful from beginning to end. The location was easy to find, the staff very knowledgeable and pleasant. I love their motto about "restoring the rhythm of your life" because having your car in the shop IS a disruptive experience. I was very happy with the person who explained to me what they thought would be needed for the repair, and, at every stage, the team communicated with me by text clearly and delivered on what they said. My car was even ready a day earlier than projected. We had a thorough walk around when I came to pick up my car, and Chris explained what I need to do to care for and protect the new paint in the next month. I got my car back beautifully repaired -- and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. This is pollen season, so that was a lovely bonus! I give Caliber Collison a 10+ rating and highly recommend them to others in need of their services.

I brought my Jeep in through my insurance after getting 2 windows and my rear view mirror broken in during an act of vandalism. They were so kind and prompt and gave me a completion time that was reasonable initially. To my surprise, they reached out barely 48 hrs after it was dropped off saying it was complete. After a very stressful situation it was very refreshing to have this completed in the time it was. Will hopefully not be back (who wants car issues!) but I will refer anyone here and be back if I need to be
