Although the vehicle encountered electrical and sensor failures after the repairs along with the inability to open the rear tailgate, Caliber took the car back, contacted GM for assistance, and got all the failing components operational again.

Everyone we encountered in the process of getting the estimate, communicating through fixing the car, and getting our car back could not have been better. Chris Smith was our main point of contact, and he was kind and professional, knowledgeable, and listened very carefully to our needs. Others in the office who similarly stood out were: Katlyne at the front desk John, and Tim were welcoming and kind. Plus, based on results, Landen’s team and Kyle the painter engaged in the finest — even artistic — attention to detail.
