Kudos to the great customer service at Calliber Collision from the receptionist (whose name I can’t recall) to the service Advisor Rudy. Prompt service and reallu exceeded my expectations about completion time… 3 days! Great work! Ridy kept me informed and is a crucial agent between the technicians and insurance… Rudy is professional and takea time to be with his customer. I’d go back to Calliber with car needs in a heartbeat!

I believe that if I was working with a different rep, the experience may have been better. But if I need to pick a repair shop next time - I will unlikely go with this one specific shop. Perhaps I can try a different location.
