My communication with your team was great throughout the process, and I’m happy with how my car looks after the repair. However, I dropped my car off without a flat tire and picked it up with one, and there was no communication about it. When I called to ask, I was told I would receive a call back, but it has now been three days with no follow-up. This makes me feel like the issue is not being taken seriously or that responsibility is being avoided.

Christian was very good in communication with me explaining the whole process and also very good in keeping me informed of the repairs ans completion of the job. After picking up my car he explained about the lifetime warranty and to call him if had any other questions.
