Caliber was able to completely repair my vehicle after it was heavily damaged by a deer running into the left side of it at full speed. They kept me updated on the schedule during repairs and the pick up afterward was quick and easy. Even with a dash cam that didn't work after the repair, they had me take it to the original installer and made sure it was fixed correctly and covered all costs. Appreciate their quality and professionalism.

Cody is an excellent employee. He is so sweet and kind and kept us up-to-date. He definitely deserves to be front and center of this company because of his amazing customer service skills. He’s very attentive very friendly and he takes the time to explain things in Laymans terms to those of us who don’t understand car repairs I appreciated that about him. He definitely deserves a raise and recognition for his outstanding customer service.

They were very nice and patient as I needed to rearrange when I wanted to drop off my car. They worked hard to get my car done before the 4th of July holiday so I would not be without my car for the weekend.

Only issue was that I was not given Any updates. After four days in the shop, I called and was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. However, I was in no rush for the vehicle and I enjoyed my rental so it was no problem at all for me. All the staff I dealt with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Amanda (I think) at the front desk and Cody was my advisor. All interactions with both of them were great.
