Caliber Collsion left a one inch gap between the hood and fender and tried to hide when the returning The car. The driver side grill color doesn't match the passenger side grill color and again attempted to hide it and explain away!

Nina has been great however because of the previous items mentioned in question 1 I rate this low. I think there's some dishonesty going on when a company attemtps to give a customer their car back with unresolved issues!

I have one problem with the car that was not there. With headlights and taillights on, I turn off the engine, headlights goes off except the taillights. Headlights and taillights on, I depress the key to lock the car and headlights goes off, but taillights stays on.

Ali was great, very professional and kept communicating the status of the repair. There were some issues with parts arriving damaged that delayed the time frame, if it hadn't been for her updates I may have been less satisfied.

My hood repair looks uneven. The passenger side has a wider gap between the hood and the light than the drivers side
