We were so impressed with your company and service. But most of all we would like to say thank you to your representative named Sunny. He would update every couple of days and let us know the progress of the process. To a customer that is so very important. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he shook my hand like we were old friends, very impressive and important. He explained everything in detail and asked a couple of times if I had any questions about anything. Very important, because you are so amazed with the awesome job that your employees do you don’t hear everything the first time so around. So very appreciative that Sunny explained everything twice.
