While I would like to give this repair a 10, a 9 will have to do at no fault of the staff. Everyone there was communicative and responsive on their updates and calls. That being said, they were unable to find the RS4 passenger mirror plate needed to complete the full repair for the car. I'm sure it is a difficult piece, but that has to count for a single point off. Overall great work, great repair, and great paint match.

It’s a good repair shop with good customer service

I am currently out of town and don’t have all the details.

They tried their best to finish it on Friday but it was pretty late in the evening. Which interrupted some of my activities and caused delays in my schedule.
