The repairs are not totally completed as there is a chrome part that has been ordered from Mercedes that must be attached on the passenger side door where it was damaged so it matches the drivers side door with the same chrome strip. We will bring my car back to the Elkmont road Elk Grove Caliber Collision shop for this final completion when the part arrives. Please call me at 916-796-4765 upon arrival. There was an issue when car was delivered to Elkmont yesterday when we picked it up the the motor engine hood had not been reattached correctly. It was not reset properly and lapped over the passenger side front fender and headlight. We showed this to the Elkmont manager and his shop employees. The readjusted the hood attachments and it now sits properly above the engine motor. Please notify me when the last work can be completed Thank you. Marilyn bessey.

Don't get me wrong, I was largely satisfied. However, the delays in parts and a wrong part caused delays in my loss of vehicle. Also I had to take it back with an issue (coolant level warning) that should have been caught in final quality checks and also to replace a wrong part.
