You were not prepared to finish the job before starting. Was three days over on the estimated completion and then ordered the wrong part forcing us to take delivery over a vehicle only partially done. Made us pay for a rental out of pocket for your mistake.

It took a week to have a windshield installed and a fog light replaced. I had to incur cost of a rental vehicle for 1 week including weekend. Picked up the car and headlamp notifications came on that they are off and cover inside of car by rear view mirror keeps falling off. I now need to bring the car in for another full day, get a rental, etc.

Car looks great. Wished we got updates more consistently and at times it was difficult to get a hold of someone when we called. Otherwise great job.
