Mark is very good at communicating status updates on the progress of my truck. He was apologetic about the time frame dates when not able to have it finished due to unexpected issues. He is very knowledgeable about his responsibilities and very courteous.

Super helpful assisting me on the process from receiving my rental car to getting my car fixed. Mark was super accommodating and explained what was being fixed. He made the process very easy and smooth sailing. Patty was also very welcoming and made sure I had the best experience at the shop. Overall, Mark and Patty were amazing people that really excel my expectations.
