I perceived the receptionist attitude to be negative. In the manner which she spoke to me as a customer. I felt that the receptionist was of the opinion that I could not pay the deductible as she stated three times that I must pay the deductible. Which I ensured would be taken care of.

Front office was very welcoming and nice! Ray Gomez took care of my truck and did an AMAZING job! Looks better than before!!!!!

Ray Gomez is an excellent service advisor, works well with customers on the other hand as a suggestion, the Caliber Collision company should have a quality control technician or advisor to the technician doing the work. for such a brand name company no substandard work show leave the shop until inspected by a quality control person.
