Vehicle was returned to wrong caliber drop off. Techs or mechanics left something on in my truck and killed my battery. They ordered me a new battery but no one in town would switch it for me so I had to pay a mechanic$50 to swap it out

Repair looks great. The tailgate had a bibd when opening and headache rack was not wired correctly. I work on vehicles so neither took long to fix . Adjust gate hinge and connect wires underneath the rear bumper, done. Great communication on the state of repairs and done on time as I had to have the truck back for a scheduled trip.

My experience was great from the beginning. Receptionist helped me out, called the car rental place to pick me up and offered me popcorn and water while I waited. DJ was very helpful and kept me updated on the vehicle every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. He made sure I was aware of why it was taking long for the part to come in. Once the vehicle was ready he walked me out and went over the warranty again. (Receptionist went over warranty too). Since it was a one stop shop I was able to leave the rental there and she called them to pick it up. DJ was amazing, IF I ever needed work done on a vehicle I’d come here because of DJ.
