From beginning to end, Caliber staff were clear, organized, efficient, skilled, and cordial in repairing my vehicle. The transfer to El Paso due to overload in Las Cruces went well with both the towing option and a communicative adviser. John gave me timely updates, clear explanations, answered all questions, and offered an alternative for a discontinued part. My car was repaired and sent back to Las Cruces two days earlier than expected. I remain totally satisfied with the staff, service, , and workmanship provided by Caliber Collision and would return to them in the future for any needed repairs.
