Overall I had a good experience. I ran into 1 hiccup. They called me a said my van was done. Upon arrival I noticed several large paint drip marks. I brought this to there attention and they had no problem reduing it there customer service was great. Only suggestion is to throughly inspect the vehicles prior to calling them to come pick them up.

Once they had my vehicle, I received updates throughout the process, and it was returned within the timeframe given for the rental. When I got my vehicle back, it looked brand new.
