My vehicle was sent to local shop but then towed to another shop an hour away. The day of completion, early morning, I received a text message that it is being detailed. At 4:30 pm my vehicle is still showing at the location 1 hour away. My local shop closed at 5:30. The following morning I did a walk through and noticed excess paint, seams & trims on front bumper not lining up. Not sure, if vehicle is supposed to be clean at least that was my expectation when they mentioned it is being detailed. Workmanship and attention to details could be improved. Not satisfied. I'm supposed to get a phone back but it is Christmas so I'm assuming i'll get that call soon after...
