Inconsistent. Started out great said car ready in 2 or 3 days. Then called and said 2 weeks so we made a trip over to register a second driver on the rental car they called and said the car is ready!

Everything was perfect, except that my HID bulbs were replaced with a different color and less quality brand when my bulbs were perfectly fine when I dropped it off at Caliber
