The bumper was never fixed. There’s still a bubble in it, and I pointed it out to the staff member who brought my car up to the front and he said that I could bring it back next week and that you guys would send it back out and fix the part that wasn’t fixed.

The work that they completed looks good, but they did not fix my bumper which was damaged in the accident. I pointed it out to the customer service rep when I picked up my car and he acknowledged the damage was not completely fixed.

The guy in charge of my repair got a little sassy with me because I called to check in on my truck. He was upset that I called to check the status and asked if I was receiving my text messages ref the stays. Those text messages do not give an estimated time or date of when the repairs will be completed and then told them I was told my repairs will be 3 to 5 days and it was on the fifth day. The paint job was nice, but my decal looks a little off and not the same color.
