The overall experience was good, with daily updates and quality work. However, the car was left dirty and dusty inside, likely because the gate was removed. A quick vacuum or interior cleanup would have been appreciated.

I was not happy with the outcome! My mother picked up my vehicle and she did not see the streak that was caused while who ever polished it left. When I got home and saw it I immediately called but the shop was closed. I will be calling tomorrow!

I waited almost a month for a car for something very basic. They put aftermarket parts with my policy clearly stated BMW Park my car was returned to me super dirty. I had to get it detailed completely because of the white film on it. Just very dissatisfied with the shop every time I’ve been there it’s been a mess. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get good service in the city, but I had a bad experience.

Jason was helpful during the repair process. He would text me daily to give me updates on how the repairs were progressing. I had an issue with Enterprise regarding the rental vehicle and he was able to resolve it for me, which I was really grateful for. I would recommend Caliber Collision for Tesla body work.
