I knew nothing about Caliber before they handled this repair and was unsure of how careful and thorough they would be (as opposed to a Hyundai dealership). There was no need to worry. The level of service was far beyond what I had experienced in the past at Hyundai dealerships, and the repair was immaculate. I would unhesitatingly recommend Caliber.

Adrian was very helpful and very polite But Alejandra does not have office etiquette and she’s very rude, but Adrian was awesome . Someone should train Alejandra on customer service. But Adrian was really cool.

My power tailgate no longer functions. I would very much like that fixed. It worked when I dropped it off for repairs.

As most know, car repairs - especially those unprovoked - are stressful and inconvenient times to say the least. Everyone I encountered was attentive, truth telling, empathetic and genuinely nice during this process. I received constant reminders about the car’s process and was able to retrieve my vehicle few days ahead of schedule despite the 100+ degree temperatures we are having, thank y’all! 5 stars ✔️
