Overall the experience was amazing! Coordinating drop off was easy, actual drop off was quick and efficient and the communication throughout the process was great! Marc did great keeping me in the loop of the process. Pick up was also really quick and easy! The truck was in great shape and it is evident that you all took pride in your work and in my vehicle! I really had low hopes for Caliber Collision because a lot of people have warned me that this particular branch was really behind schedule and their teslas take 6 months to a year. So. Imagine my shock when mine took a month. The front desk are so helpful. Everyone was so accommodating. Amazing experience!
