Gentleman that help me was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and courteous. This is my second time in having my cars fixed in this place. I am not satisfied with the customer service provided by your westside location. When I dropped off my truck, I was fully briefed on what to expect by Mr. Albert Martinez. I had no issues with the customer service provided by the Zaragoza location. The problems started when my truck was transferred to a different location due to the aluminum bodywork (which I fully understand). However I did not hear from the new shop for over two (2) weeks. Not one word until I contacted my insurance company and they had the shop contact me. This is unacceptable to have no updates during this timeframe.
