I would have been completely satisfied, however one thing that kept a perfect ten. I was told my vehicle would be fully repairs by a certain date. It was repaired by the date given however, the alignment was completed off. The steering wheel was not straight as when I drove it in a straight direction, the street oh shell was not aligned straight. I took the vehicle home and immediately contacted Caliber Collision. Gio was very understanding and prepared arrangements to make sure I was satisfied. Arrangements were made and I dropped off my vehicle the next day. My vehicle was completed by the date given and drove properly. This took one additional week and I had to make arrangements to use a rental vehicle again. I would have given a ten if the vehicle was completed properly in the first place.
