My wife’s vehicle was the one in the accident but yet I am the one that keeps getting the updates and text. Another issue was not being aware that our vehicle was being towed out of state to another shop without our permission. When I called back to ask why my wife wasn’t getting updates about her vehicle and I was , they could not find my account and it was a mess to finally find out where the vehicle went and to correct the numbers. Other then that the customer service lady was friendly and professional.
