Always friendly with knowledge and the specific education about what’s needed and then I’m asked if I have any questions or concerns. That made me feel very respected as a customer. As my car was being disassembled I was informed about the wheel well that showed needed more repair. Sophie informed me and handled the approval of the additional repair with the insurance company. I felt very informed with the text messages as I was out of the country at the time my car was in for repair. My car looks great - they pay attention to the small details and Sophie came in today, Saturday when I flew back into LA so I could get my car which was ready and all shined up, upon my return home. Very professional and thoughtful. Thank you for Gabby’s courtesy and smile when I walk in and Barbara’s effectual overseeing of the store. I very much appreciate the offers of coffee and cold water and popcorn too while waiting comfortably in the lobby area.
