Sophia is top notch. She makes you feel as if we are her only client. The text messages providing updates regarding car repair progression was a very nice touch. The only thing I would change... allow for inspection of car prior to requesting payment.

I got frequent automatic updates without having to call and inquire about the status of my repair. joe not only had my vehicle done on time but a day earlier than expected in time for the long holiday weekend! he explained everything in detail which I was able to understand.
