I had an incredible time at Caliber Collision and it was all thanks to Harlen Castro. He truly represents the very best of Caliber. I came in frustrated because I was rear ended and the repair process was interrupting a busy work at week. Despite my sour attitude walking in, Harlen immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and straightforward with what I should expect regarding the repairs. In fact, he even made sure that the car was ready a day earlier so I could take a planned weekend trip with my family. In short, Harlen was absolutely sensational and deserves to be recognized for the exceptional work that he provides every single day. The general manager Jim came into the shop on a Saturday - while closed - to ensure I could get my car back as soon as possible. The repair also looks stellar. Great experience - we will be back for any body shop needs.

Excellent service. My car was keyed, and the paint job / scratch removal looks terrific. The GM Jim even opened the shop for me on a Saturday so that I could retrieve my car before the holiday weekend. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

THE BEST experience ever! Omg! So fast, so easy and dare I say so cheap! First, Harlen, you my dude! He contacted me right away after my incredible USAA insurance did what they needed to do. I told him my concerns, told him I preferred electronic communication and it was nothing but amazing and amazing from there! Not only did he update by text and email, he was on time. I spent no more than 5 minutes in the office. That’s because of me. I dropped off my car, they called the rental company to pick me up. I got regular texts with updates and costs. They checked areas of concern. And they had the audacity to finish my car early. 2 days early. They came in under estimate and gave me back a pristine car. They took care of everything but the deductible. But, I really think if they could, they would. Lol!
