One week has passed, and I have a few concerns about the fixed rear end of my car: 1. There is paint buildup at both ends of the tailgate. 2. The rear lights on the body and the tailgate are misaligned. 3.There are spots on the inside of the tailgate that are almost unpainted. 4. The tailgate does not close properly. 5. When driving over bumps, there is a noise coming from the tailgate area. I’d like to bring the vehicle in to have these checked, but should I call to the repair shop directly or should I ask my adjuster at Travelers to handle these concerns? Your guidance will help me a lot.

While the rear bumper repair was completed, I found many small dents on the doors, trunk, and fenders when I picked up the vehicle. The body panels were free of these dents before the car was brought to the shop.
