Work was great. The customer service reps you have call from overseas are terrible. I could barely understand them. Their English was terrible. The phone connection was terrible. Work and shop great. The phone people terrible.

I would recommend based on the good work done, but the few things like the overcharge and the lack of glass cleanup in my trunk would be mentioned. They said they’d vacuum the glass up and didn’t. I think I’d personally go elsewhere in the future because of those headaches.

Everyone was super nice but I did get overcharged. Talked to someone yesterday who said she will take care of it and was very helpful. Just still waiting on that refund. Haven’t heard anything yet! Little bummed I was charged extra in the first place.

I have noticed a chirping sound in the right wheel area. There was no noises previously. Also, when backing up there is a noise that was not tgere previously.

Even they never called me with updates on my vehicle. They did a great job on my vehicle.
