I could not have had a better experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, everyone was so kind and receptive. The front desk lady was always incredibly nice and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. My car came out looking great, and the turnaround time was super fast, I think it was less than two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. When I picked up my car, it was raining and one of the ladies actually walked me out with an umbrella, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the entire team made the experience stress-free and positive. I would absolutely recommend them and come back if I ever needed to.

Everyone was so great at Caliber. Buddy was very informative. He was very thorough. Sandy was pleasant and so nice. Jennifer was very helpful. Hopefully I don't need to go back to Caliber, but if I do, I definitely will stop at this location again.
