Everything was fixed and I was kept up to date the entire time. Jen even cleaned out my cooler which had food in it at the time of the accident. She went above and beyond. And then she and Sandy helped me get my rental car taken care of too. Excellent service!

I had my Genesis G90 repaired by Caliber Collision -Elmhurst and the entire team was amazing from start to finish. Buddy was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain what was required for the repair per the quote and timeline and they nailed it! My car was out of my possession for 9.5 weeks. At first the wait for the new doors seemed reasonable, but then my van sat there even after the doors arrived without anyone working on it. Then when someone did work on it, they jumped the car wrong and blew the ECM. This led to it needing to go to the Toyota dealership for programming.
