It is right part, but it looks like not really new, you can see small fade on the part also you can see light scrach on the repaired tail light

For such an inconvenience, they could not have made it simpler. The staff were friendly and professional. They kept me updated on progress with regular texts. A number of issues caused the repair to take longer than expected. When it went beyond the time my insurance would cover the rental car, they covered the excess. Picking up my car and dropping off my rental took literally three minutes. Not only was my car repaired but detailed and looked better than it had in years. I cannot recommend Caliber Collision highly enough.

Given what was done with my car, the work was fine and all went well. I love having the rental car and being able to just drop it off. Also the text messages are a great addition.

Probably will not return to Caliber Collision unless my new insurance company requires it. Between Allstate and this place I was lied to several times about the deductible being waived. The woman at the front desk told me so many different stories about what was covered and what was not. My car looks slightly different than it was when I took it in not a big difference considering I paid $1100 to cover two very small scratches. The guy working on my car kept me updated on progress so that part was good but other than that will not return unless I have no other choice.
