It still looks like a dent in my door. I was told to wait 30 days for the paint to cure but I think this is for sure a dent still.

With the exception of a small hiccup in the beginning, service was fantastic. Auburn, Alicia, and Gwen were very helpful! My repair was done in a day and came back to me in immaculate condition, so clean!!

I've used Caliber Collision for a few years on different vehicles at different locations and I must say they have ALWAYS done excellent work. Auburn at the Falcon location is great and she explains the process and what to expect. I even received a call from the GM Gwen and she was equally great! I am amazed at the work done by their paint/body repair team. I received my SUV back as if it was fresh off the dealership showroom floor!! I cannot tell there was ever any damage at all! They were quick to get me in for both the estimate and the repair, kept great communication to keep me updated, and were timely at getting the repair completed. They even helped work with the rental place to keep things as easy as possible for me!
