I've used Caliber Collision for a few years on different vehicles at different locations and I must say they have ALWAYS done excellent work. Auburn at the Falcon location is great and she explains the process and what to expect. I even received a call from the GM Gwen and she was equally great! I am amazed at the work done by their paint/body repair team. I received my SUV back as if it was fresh off the dealership showroom floor!! I cannot tell there was ever any damage at all! Mae and the rest of Caliber staff are very customer centric…they want to get your vehicle repaired correctly the 1st time and get you back in your vehicle as soon as possible. They did an awesome job on my Subaru and even cleaned the inside of thr vehicle before I picked it up.
