I really appreciate how everyone explains things in a way that's easy to understand without making me feel talked down to, as someone who has a hard time understanding car stuff, it's comforting being able to follow what will happen to get the repairs. I appreciate the communication with updates and how happy everyone is to help, it's always all smiles when I'm in. My car was finished more than a week earlier than predicted, which during the holidays was such a blessing and I thank everyone for their wonderful help!
