From the time I called and inquired information about the process when working with insurance to the time I picked up my vehicle, I was well taken care of and given full transparency. Mae listened to the concerns and talked me through it. Upon pickup the vehicle’s repairs were beyond my imagination. The paint match was perfect! I've used caliber in the past for body work and had a phenomenal experience. I really anticipated this experience to be similar, Auburn was great and keeping me posted. But that was the only positive I can really state. When I got my car back the interior was in a state of disarray. Things were broken pieces were missing, seats moved around, headrests taken off and left on the floor. Dents still visible all over my car. When I called I was told to bring the car back in and then I was told that they were door dings. But this was never explained when I picked up my vehicle. I felt like every excuse was made as to why this wasn't calibers responsibility or why it wasn't explained or why my car was left the way that it was. There was still writing on the roof runners. It was just really disappointing at the lack of respect that I felt like was shown to my vehicle and me.

Our jeep looks great and it had a quick turnaround… I have an ATV in the shop up in Denver for body repairs and it’s been there for over 4 months now - your team had our jeep in&out in a matter of a weeks.
