Communication with me was excellent. I was sent text messages frequently so I knew exactly where the repair timeframe stood, was informed about snowstorm delay and difficulty in securing parts. Paint on my 12-year-old car matches perfectly, and you would not know the car had been in an accident. I have had a follow-up phone call to ensure that I was satisfied.
