Phil and Marvin, the two of them took my job on a Saturday, they explained to me how I should proceed with my unique situation, I’ve been to them once before and the first time they finished 2 days early and the cost of the repair was lower then the estimate. That was pretty shockingly pleasing, this time it was done a day early and the cost was reasonable given the condition of the car. I will recommend these guys 10/10 times. My experience with customer service was amazing . Everyone who took care of me Christopher O’Donnell, Phil Wahberg and I think is name was Marcus he was the first one that took care of us when we walked in. Original date to be finished was on a Saturday, never received any notice that day that the car wont be ready. Monday was notified that the car would be ready but never heard from them. I called later in the day to check and they said it would actually be ready on Tuesday. Would like more consistent updates and a date it would be finished instead of saying it would be ready for 3 different days.
