I rear ended someone in my 2022 Durango. Front end damage and some internal damage. Air bags did not go off. It took over a month to repair it the FIRST time round. When it was done this time, the hood repair was not acceptable and the bumper visibly did not fit. We understand these things happen with after market parts, however, I’d expect a quality control walk around to have noticed this before trying to pass this off to the customer. That was very concerning and didn’t give us much faith in this company. It took another week for them to fix it the SECOND time around. It was fixed to our satisfaction this time but had to come back the very next day due to the coolant seemed to be leaking and was low in the reservoir. Not to mention, this was perfect opportunity to have them clean the trash out of the back of my vehicle. Turned out it was an ‘air bubble’ in the line so that was dealt with and my car has been fine the last week I’ve had it. I’ll say the people were friendly, but I didn’t go there to make friends, I wanted my car to be fixed promptly and have confidence it was done right the first time and I did not get either of those. I would not recommend this repair location
