I have to say that caliber, once again, were flawless with from start to finish, despite the towing company's failure to get the car delivered asap, and we were dissatisfied by enterprise leasing for several issues that haven't been presented to them-yet. Thank you guys for the excellent service all around. Like I said to the folks at the Arnold Caliber ship, I wish all businesses would operate like your business. This is not my first experience with caliber. And not my first experience with Caliber taking much longer for repairs than planned for.

Front desk was friendly but I had to call multiple times for updates after pickup dates kept being delayed. Should have called with updates and explanation on why the car was not finished still before sending a text saying it has been delayed with no explanation.
