Rated an 8. Our car required the car to get looked at by a dealer for transmission issues, they told caliber the car was fine. No codes or issues. During pickup- clearly wasn’t fine. I don’t understand how this could happen as the car was to be test driven- whomever drove it wasnt honest and we reported to Caliber right away. They did what they could, but wasn’t happy with the dealer that was chosen to look the transmission over

I was pleased with the service, I expected my car to be cleaned inside better. Which doesn’t mean they have too but I heard it was going to be cleaned up like a new car. I guess I expected too much
