Front desk was friendly but I had to call multiple times for updates after pickup dates kept being delayed. Should have called with updates and explanation on why the car was not finished still before sending a text saying it has been delayed with no explanation.

While I understand the insurance might have complained about replacing both rear shocks, only replacing one side now leaves me with a vehicle whose tires will not wear evenly. The clunking sound in the rear that began after the accident is reduced but not eliminated.

Customer service was outstanding and would work with this business in the future. However, when I received my car back the tint on the front reflectors was damaged, the hood was still damaged from the accident, the battery was dead, and the oil pressure sensor is now faulty in my car.
