Truck looks great. Truck runs great. The level of communication from the assigned agent could have been better. If you communicate with me via text, then answer my replies. I’m sure she was busy, but I had at 3 different text that went unanswered. I was trying to plan my life without a vehicle, so I was trying to get a specific date if completion. When I got no reply from text I would have to call. I know, not the end of the world, but if you’re going to use text, answer the customers inquiries.

My car was supposed to be cleaned up before I picked it up it was not cleaned up there was still dirt under the fender walls and none of my floors were vacuumed
