Quick service, well organized office, and technician greeted us promptly. The entire process was explained and the damage was marked in our presence. The office was busy and everyone was treated professionally. They also helped us with the car rental business as well. We were given updates often and the car was completed earlier than expected.

The customer service I received was great, however, I was the one to call and ask about the timeliness of my car repair to be completed. Not one time did the service tech or office call or text to keep me apprised of the time my car would be completed.

Zack was exceptional throughout the entire repair process. He took excellent care of both me and my Buick, ensuring everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The quality of the repairs is outstanding—you would never know the vehicle had been damaged. It looks just as beautiful as the day I drove it off the dealership lot.
