TJ at the Forest Park location in Ohio did a wonderful job keeping me informed every step of the way as to what was going on with my car repair and was very helpful and professional. TJ was my mechanic at the Forest Park, Ohio Caliber Collision location. He seemed genuinely interested in fixing my vehicle properly and making sure it was completely safe to drive and restored to its pre-accident condition. No one likes to have to deal with getting a damaged car fixed, but I truly believe that TJ took good care of my car and communicated thoroughly with me throughout the process.
