The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They used text messaging to keep me informed of the work and status of my car. They emailed the estimate and handled the interaction with my insurance company. The staff seemed to like working for Caliber and made me feel safe and comfortable with the work being done on my car.

Caliber has worked on my car twice. The shop on Northland Blvd, Forest Park, Cincinnati, OH goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed, safe, and taken care of in the process. I went somewhere else in between using Caliber. They were professional, but not as comfortable or accommodating.
