I was given an estimate to REPLACE my rear bumper, with the explanation that the damaged bumper could not be repaired because the repair process might cause a misalignment with the vehicle upon rehanging, and because the beauty lines in the bumper would likely not reform properly with repair. When I picked my vehicle up, I paid the full price of the estimate for REPLACEMENT only to find out that my bumper was, in fact, REPAIRED. Somehow I paid the same price for a lesser option and I am very very very angry about the bait and switch that occurred. I am giving Caliber the opportunity to make it right before I go to the BBB and the AG, as well as file with small claims court.

Got car back in my garage and noticed black drops of some kind of fluid tracking all the way back to the street. Then noticed the hood that they replaced is not fitting on car properly. I will contact you Monday morning and see what you want to do about it I will also contact my insurance adjuster about all of this
